30 June 2015 to 28 July 2015The APVMA is considering an application for the registration of a product containing the new active constituent Fluensolfone. The product, Nimitz 480EC Nematicide is to be registered for the control of Root-knot nematode in transplanted vegetable crops including cucurbits, tomatoes (not for processing), capsicum, chilli, eggplant and okra.
We invite comment from 30 June 2015 to 28 July 2015 on whether the application for registration of the product should be granted.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for registration, including:
- occupational health and safety
- public health
- chemistry and manufacture
- residues in food
- environmental safety
- trade
- efficacy and target crop safety
