Regulatory update #205
Review of pre-application assistance arrangements
Our review of the implementation and operation of pre-application assistance arrangements (PAA) is now complete.
We have taken some immediate steps to improve the current process and clearly outlined what people can expect from the APVMA when making a pre-application assistance request.
We are committed to continuous improvement of our services and systems and will work with industry over coming months to co-design the pre-application assistance process from beginning to end.
Updates on our progress will be published to the website and publicised in Regulatory Update.
Confidential Commercial Information (CCI)

Those applicants impacted by the review were notified in writing during September/October last year, outlining the review and required action.
