Direct access to your case manager

Following stakeholder feedback, we have established a new email address that provides applicants direct access to the Case Management team. The email address (casemanagement@apvma.gov.au) will be included on all correspondence relating to current applications and will assist in providing efficient communication between applicants and the Case Management team.

Please note: only correspondence relating to current applications will be managed through this email address, with enquiries@apvma.gov.au remaining your point of contact for all other APVMA enquiries.
