Our July–December 2015 statistics on performance of regulatory decisions have been published.

Compliance and enforcement strategy

Following public consultation, the finalised Compliance and enforcement strategy 2015–17 is now available.

The strategy outlines objectives that we will pursue to promote voluntary compliance, change non-compliant behaviour and deter illegal activities affecting the import, manufacture and supply of agricultural and veterinary chemical products.

Pop-up survey—we'd love to hear from you!

As part of the useability review of our website and online services, a pop-up survey will soon appear on our site, requesting your feedback on these products. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete and is available to every user. All feedback is anonymous and will be reported as an aggregate only. We appreciate you taking time to provide feedback which we will use to build better products and services for our users.
