Regulatory update #236

27 July 2016

Decision tree update—consent to use CCI

The APVMA has updated the decision tree in online services to include an option for an applicant to not provide the APVMA with consent to use confidential commercial information. This change follows the federal court decision relating to reference products.

The APVMA has updated its advice for industry on the processes for applications involving reference products and will be holding discussions with industry during August 2016.

Website improvements—is this better for you?

As part of our efforts to continually improve our online services, we are conducting two short online surveys and would appreciate your help.

These surveys consist of seven questions each that ask you to select one of a list of provided options that you think best answers the question. The surveys will be open until Tuesday 2 August and should take no more than 10–15 minutes to complete.

Your feedback will assist us in making our website navigation simpler and more intuitive.
