Simple pay option to streamline application process
The APVMA is introducing a full fee payment option at the time of an application submission to streamline the payment process.
This simple change reduces the requirement for the APVMA to issue follow-up invoices and will progress applications to evaluation faster.
The APVMA will roll out this application option commencing Friday 25 November 2016. A list of the items where a full fee payment option is available can be found via the Online Services Portal.
Payments will be processed in real time when using a credit card and submitting the application simultaneously. The APVMA has increased its credit card limit, so all applications under $100,000 can now be paid in this manner.
When applicants select to pay for an application using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or BPAY, an invoice will generate automatically with full payment details. Your application will be saved in the Portal. An email stating the application can now be submitted will follow once payment is received.
The full fee payment option for all applications will be introduced over the next few months.
