New active constituent florpyrauxifen-benzyl (Rinskor™) in the product GF3301 Herbicide

The APVMA is considering an application for the approval of a new active constituent Florpyrauxifen-Benzyl and registration of the product GF-3301 Herbicide, containing the new active constituent Florpyrauxifen-Benzyl at 300 g/L, as a suspension concentrate. The product is to be registered for post-emergence or in-flood control of grass and broadleaf weeds in rice.

We invite comment from 13 March 2018 to 10 April 2018 on whether approval of the active and registration of the product should be granted.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds, including:

  • occupational health and safety
  • ​public health
  • chemistry and manufacture
  • residues in food
  • environmental safety
  • trade
  • efficacy and target crop safety
