The APVMA is considering an application to vary the use of the existing registered product Ospray Rustler Selective Herbicide containing the approved active constituent propyzamide (APVMA Product number P61360).

We invite written comment from 15 April 2014 to 13 May 2014 on the trade implications of this new registration proposal.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's residue and trade assessment.
