The APVMA invites comment on the proposed use of ipflufenoquin in the product Migiwa Kinoprol Active Fungicide for use on apples, pears and wine grapes.
We invite written comment from 7 November 2023 to 5 December 2023 on the trade implications of this proposal.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's residue and trade assessment.

The APVMA sought comments from interested stakeholders on the proposed use of ipflufenoquin for use on apples, pears and wine grapes, in a consultation that closed on 5 December 2023. One submission was received during this consultation which was not related to the risk to trade in apples, pears and wine from the proposed uses.
