Authorised agent (as defined by common law) A single person or legal entity nominated by the applicant or holder to act as an agent for the holder in relation to a particular application. The agent may be appointed for a certain period of time or a specific task. Letter of authorisation from the applicant or holder. Any CCI submitted by the authorised agent (subject to letter of authorisation), plus any CCI belonging to another authorising party, where that party has provided authority.

On behalf of applicant/holder:

  • applications for approval or registration
  • applications for variation of an approval or registration.
Access to information relating to other products of the holder. Access to information relating to another authorising party (unless authority).
