Euthanasiates – specific requirements

In addition to the standard labelling requirements, labels on euthanasiates must also carry the following information.

6.1. Restraints

All labels for euthanasiates must carry the following 'Restraints' statement:

For euthanasia only.
DO NOT USE as an anaesthetic.
DO NOT USE in animals that may be used for human or animal consumption.
