Proposed registration of Amicus Blue Fungicide containing the new active constituent amisulbrom

The APVMA is considering an application for the registration of Amicus Blue Fungicide containing the new active constituent amisulbrom. The product is to be registered for the control of downy mildew in grapes and downy mildew and white blister in brassica vegetable crops.

We invite comment from 28 June 2016 to 26 July 2016 on whether the application for registration of Amicus Blue Fungicide containing the new active constituent amisulbrom should be granted.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for registration, including:

  • occupational health and safety
  • public health
  • chemistry and manufacture
  • residues in food
  • environmental safety
  • trade
  • efficacy and target crop safety.
