18 October 2016 to 15 November 2016The APVMA is considering an application for the registration of Simparica Chews for Dogs and to approve the new active constituent sarolaner. The product is to be registered for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment and control of ticks on dogs and puppies.
We invite comment from 18 October 2016 to 15 November 2016 on whether the application for approval of the active constituent and registration of the product should be granted.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for registration, including:
- occupational health and safety
- safety and first aid
- chemistry and manufacture
- residues
- environmental fate and toxicity
- trade
- efficacy.
