Proposed approval of the actives lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae, neoscytalidium novaehollandiae, and macrophomina phaseolina and the registration of Di-Bak Parkinsonia Bioherbicide

The APVMA is considering an application for the approval of the actives Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae, Neoscytalidium novaehollandiae, and Macrophomina phaseolina and the registration of Di-Bak Parkinsonia Bioherbicide. The product is to be registered for the control of the woody weed Parkinsonia aculeata on grazing lands.
We invite comment from 25 September 2018 to 23 October 2018 on whether the application for registration of the product should be granted.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for registration, including:
- occupational health and safety
- public health
- chemistry and manufacture
- residues in food
- environmental safety
- efficacy and target crop safety
