15 January 2019 to 12 February 2019The APVMA is considering an application for registration of Ecocarb Plus Fungicide containing the new active constituent, potassium silicate. The product is to be registered for the control and suppression of a range of fungal diseases in various viticultural and horticultural crops.
We invite comment from 15 January 2019 to 12 February 2019 on whether the application for approval of the active constituent and registration of the product should be granted.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to matters that are required to be taken into consideration in determining whether the safety, efficacy or trade criteria have been met. This may include aspects of the following:
• work health and safety
• public health
• chemistry and manufacture
• residues in food
• environmental safety
• trade
• efficacy and safety
