6A Guidelines – Remitting certain application fees under the Agvet Code

This is a guideline for the purposes of section 6A of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (Cth) (Agvet Code).

The purpose of this guideline is to set out the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority’s (APVMA) principles and processes in relation to remitting fees under subsection 164(8)(a) of the Agvet Code.
