The APVMA has finalised our renewed stakeholder engagement model following the public consultation on a number of proposed changes.

We would like to thank those who participated in the consultation, we received 20 submissions in response to the proposed model, which helped to shape the final model. A consultation summary in response to the received submissions, is available on our website.

Expressions of interest (EOIs) are now open for appointments to the:

The APVMA will continue to consider EOIs received after these groups have initially convened, and may review and adjust membership to ensure balanced representation.

Application process:

Relevant organisations are encouraged to submit EOIs for appointment to one of the groups established under the new model. 

Members organisations will be selected based on their:

  • expertise
  • relevance to the wider sector
  • capacity to satisfy membership conditions.

Applications should be submitted to engagement@apvma.gov.au by no later than Friday 28 March to be eligible to attend initial meetings.
