The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) is experiencing a partial systems outage.

We are working to restore affected services as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused to our stakeholders.

We will provide another update at midday Wednesday 17 March 2021.

APVMA services unavailable

The following APVMA services will not be available until systems have been restored:

  • Online Services Portal
  • PubCRIS database
  • Data list creator
  • Permits database
  • Application summaries
  • Adverse experience reporting form
  • Decision tree
  • Payment portal
  • APVMA careers page

Any APVMA services not listed above have not been affected by the systems outage.

Current registration applications and permit approvals

The APVMA is continuing to process current registration applications and permit approvals. These will be processed as business as usual and you will be notified in the usual manner.

Interim arrangements

We are continuing to accept applications for the following applications via Enquiries@apvma.gov.au:

  • Emergency permits (the application form for this item is available on our website)
  • Certificates of Export (the application form for this item is available on our website)

Consent to import applications can continue to be submitted in the usual manner.

Invoices for payment will be issued manually.

We ask that all other applications are submitted via the Online Services Portal as soon as systems have been restored.
