The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) invites comment on the proposed use of benzovindiflupyr and propiconazole in the product Elatus Ace Solatenol active Fungicide for use on oats, rye, triticale and peanuts.
We invite written comment from 10 February 2023 to 10 March 2023 on the trade implications of this proposal.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's Residues and Trade assessment.
