Updated Complaints Handling Policy

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has published an updated Complaints Handling Policy that aligns with best practice complaints handling guidance from the Commonwealth Ombudsman and New South Wales Ombudsman.

The updated Policy follows a period of public consultation from 10 May to 9 June 2021, in which feedback was sought from interested stakeholders, including members of the public and industry.
