The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) invites comment on the proposed use of glyphosate in the product Nufarm CRUCIAL Herbicide for use on lupins.

We invite written comment from 24 November 2021 to 22 December 2021 on the trade implications of this proposal.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's residue and trade assessment.

Submissions received

The APVMA sought comments from interested stakeholders on the proposed use of glyphosate in the product Nufarm CRUCIAL Herbicide for use on lupins, in a consultation that closed on 22 December 2021.

A total of 3 submissions were received. Two submissions were received from industry groups, and one submitter did not consent to the APVMA publishing their name, title or organisation.
