Report a problem with a chemical product

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) does not provide medical or veterinary advice.

• If injury has occurred, seek immediate medical or veterinary advice
• Refer to the product label for further instructions
• Take photos of the product label and all sides of the container
• Keep any remaining product in a safe place
• Contact the APVMA to report a problem with a chemical product
  • Report an adverse experience

  • Report suspected non-compliance

Holders are required to notify the APVMA of new information under section 161 of the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (Agvet Code).
