Access
To complete an application in our Online Services Portal, you must complete and submit a new user access form. We will then provide you with a username and password by email which you can use to log into our secure online environment.
Minimum system requirements
For the best experience when using the Online Services Portal, your device should meet our minimum system requirements. These requirements outline supported browsers, operating system compatibility, and common troubleshooting steps to ensure the Online Services Portal functions correctly.
Data retention period
From 3 October 2026, a new 90‑day retention period will apply to draft applications in the Online Services Portal.
This new retention period will require all draft applications be submitted within 90 days. Draft applications that remain unsubmitted for 90 days will be automatically deleted.

Online services
Using the Online Services Portal you can apply to:
- approve a new active constituent
- register a new product
- vary an existing registered product or approved active constituent
- vary product label particulars
- obtain a minor use, emergency use or trial permit
- change or modify your details
- assign a nominated agent
- receive pre-application assistance.
