This consultation closed on 23 September 2014.
The APVMA is considering an application for the registration of BARBERVAX Barber's Pole worm vaccine and to approve the new active constituent, H. contortus integral membrane glycoproteins. The product is to be registered as a vaccine to reduce pasture larval contamination and disease caused by Barber's Pole worm in lambs.
We invite comment from 26 August 2014 to 23 September 2014 on whether the application for approval of the active constituent and registration of the product should be granted.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for registration, including:
- occupational health and safety
- safety and first aid
- chemistry and manufacture
- environmental fate and toxicity
