Trade Advice Notice on azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, fluopyram, isopyrazam and tebuconazole for use on plums
The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) invites any person to submit a relevant written submission as to whether the application for a minor use permit for azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, fluopyram, isopyrazam and tebuconazole for use on plums should be granted. Submissions should relate only to matters that the APVMA is required by legislation to take into account in deciding whether to grant the application. These grounds relate to the trade implications of the extended use of the product. Submissions should state the grounds on which they are based.

Public Release Summary on the evaluation of the new active constituent fenpropidin in the product SEEKER Duo Fungicide
The APVMA is considering an application for registration of the product SEEKER Duo Fungicide containing 375 g/L of the new active constituent fenpropidin and 100 g/L difenoconazole, as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation. The product is intended for the control of powdery mildew in wine grapes.
We invite comments from 13 June 2023 to 11 July 2023 on whether approval of the active constituent and registration of the product should be granted.

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) regularly undertakes compliance and enforcement activities to ensure that pesticides and veterinary medicines available for use in Australia comply with national legislation and do not harm humans, animals, or the environment or risk Australia’s trade. In accordance with the legislation, the APVMA is responsible for compliance action in relation to unregistered or registered products, as well as those that are listed, exempt or reserved.
