Infringement notices

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has reviewed and revoked the information ‘Infringement Notice Guideline’ as a guideline made pursuant to section 6A of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (Cth) (Agvet Code), as it does not meet the intent of section 6A guidelines. However, the information contained within however may still be useful and relevant to applicants, so it has been retained for information purposes.

Trade Advice Notice on cyantraniliprole in the product Exirel Insecticide for use on canola

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) invites comment on the proposed use of cyantraniliprole in the product Exirel Insecticide for use on canola.

We invite written comment from 22 February 2023 to 22 March 2023 on the trade implications of this proposal.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's Residues and Trade assessment.
